Tesco Bank National Football Challenge
10 boys and girls from P3 took part in the Tesco Bank Football Challenge at Hampden Stadium representing Midlothian schools. The pupils enjoyed developing new skills especially learning how to take overhead kicks on the safety of bouncy castles. They also enjoyed their tour around Hampden Stadium running out of the tunnel onto the pitch and playing 5-a side games against other schools with Jayden and George both scoring 4 goals, Alec scoring 3 goals, Bethany and Nicole both scoring 2 goals and Olivia, Lauren, Rory, Ayaan all scoring 1 goal. All the pupils had their pictures taken with the Scottish Cup and with pupils from all the other schools. Well done everyone – we had a fabulous day!

Eco Friday Focus Group
Learning Council Visit to Paradykes Primary
On Monday the 13th of May the Learning Council went Paradykes Primary School. On arrival we went into our groups, we made board games to do with the rights of a child. Then we played another teams board game. We enjoyed them a lot !After that we had a tour of the school by some P7s. Paradykes is a very big school!!!!!! Here are some photos.
Parent Council Meeting
The next parent council meeting is on Thursday 16th May at 7pm in the staff room. All welcome.
Lasswades Got Talent Tickets On Sale

Parent Council Meeting Minutes
Here are the minutes from the last meeting. Lisa Beattie Cabinet Member for Education and Ian Baxter Local Councillor attended the meeting to discuss the letter sent to Midlothian Council by the Parent Council regarding the state of the school building.
